A Federally Qualified Health Center, NSCHC provides primary and preventive medical care for patients of all ages, mental and behavioral health services, dental care, and case management. Services also include on-site lab services and access to low cost medications. North Side Christian Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status
