Whether you have private insurance, are underinsured, or have no coverage at all, our goal is to provide a stress-free experience from the front desk to the exam room.

If you have questions about your bill or need assistance navigating your coverage, our Benefits Eligibility Counselors are available to guide you. We are committed to finding a solution that works for you and your family.

  • Everyone is welcome at NSCHC, regardless of your ability to pay. We provide high-quality care to all patients, with or without insurance coverage.

    • Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP): We offer discounts for medical and dental services based on your household size and income. This ensures you only pay what you can afford.

    • Good Faith Estimate: If you are uninsured and schedule your appointment at least three days in advance, we will provide a "Good Faith Estimate" of your expected costs.
