Dr. Mark Guy

Dr. Mark Guy is a native of Western Pennsylvania, growing in a hardworking blue-collar family in a steel town near Pittsburgh during the 70’s and 80’s. His interest in faith, community, justice, and healthcare have led him through a career in medicine as a primary care physician and into his current practice of Addiction Medicine.

In addition to having the privilege of being part of the team that founded the North Side Christian Health Center and practicing medicine, Mark has had the honor of serving Allegheny Health Network as an executive leader in their IT and Informatics department, focusing there on improving health care delivery and access.

Mark enjoys gardening, has been a serious competitor in raising songbirds, tries to stay active by running, and has a certificate in Ignatian Spiritual Direction. He lives with Christine, his wife of 35 years, and is most proud of his 3 grown children and their families.
