NSCHC / Duquesne Med School Partnership

North Side Christian Health Center is proud to partner with the new Duquesne School of Medicine, serving as a clinical rotation site for third and fourth year medical students. On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, Bethany Blackburn, NSCHC Chief Executive Officer attended the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new building on Forbes Avenue which began with a procession by University leadership from Old Main, the oldest building on Duquesne’s campus.

As appointed faculty of the new medical school, North Side Christian Health Center providers and staff will be working with students to broaden their knowledge of primary care in communities with reduced access to health care services in an effort to educate Pittsburgh’s next generation of primary care doctors.
