Carilynn Coulter New COO at NSCHC

Welcome to Carilynn Coulter, who joins NSCHC as Chief Operations Officer.

Raised in Miami, Carilynn is a graduate of Florida International University.  Prior to joining NSCHC, Carilynn was employed for 12 years at UPMC in healthcare management, working with OB/GYN, adult primary care, pediatric behavioral health, pediatric dental, pediatric medical complexities, pediatric newborn and pediatric primary care clinics. 

Carilynn developed a passion for helping underserved populations while working in the Social Work sector in South Florida. Raised by her Cuban immigrant grandparents, Carilynn learned early in her childhood the importance of having the proper guidance in life to push through challenges. In addition to running and exercising, Carilynn enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and two cats.
