Winter Epps named Finance Director at NSCHC

North Side Christian Health Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Winter Epps as Finance Director.

Winter Epps began her healthcare operations career at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Her leadership roles at Children's included management of pediatric and adult urology. While at Children's she participated in the mentorship program for middle school age children and completed UPMC's elite executive leadership program. After UPMC, Winter's next roles were atAllegheny Health Network: Women OB/Gyn, then Clinical Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Winter believes that serving your community and those who are underserved represents a good leader. She was a member and treasurer for National Association of Health Services Executives Pittsburgh (NAHSE). Each year she "adopts" a family, and supplies the children with school supplies and clothing. During tax season, Winter is a volunteer site coordinator for Just Harvest, preparing taxes for low income families.

Winter was raised on Pittsburgh's Northside and is an avid tennis player. She is also a long-time patient of the North Side Christian Health Center!
